Brooke Sena, LMFT, MBA

As a Wraparound Consultant, Brooke helps Haven align with the new California Wraparound credentialing requirements.

She develops and implements policies, provides comprehensive training and support, and is actively involved in creating a Child and Family Team Meeting (CFTM) Playbook, along with mandated forms for field use. This ensures compliance with new mandates while adhering to the four phases and 10 principles of wraparound services.

Brooke holds a Master’s degree in Psychology and is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. In 2017, she furthered her education with an MBA. Early in her career, she worked as a Wraparound Clinician for Butte County Behavioral Health and has since supervised numerous wraparound teams. Her extensive experience includes roles in Quality Improvement and Quality Assurance in both Butte and Napa Counties, as well as serving as a Clinical Supervisor and Clinical Program Director. In August 2021, Brooke co-founded Blue Collar Consulting, LLC with Chuck Price.

What Brooke enjoys most about working with Haven Family Services is the opportunity to streamline processes, ensuring the organization runs smoothly and effectively. She finds it incredibly rewarding to see how efficient organization can positively impact the team's success and the supportive environment it creates for everyone involved.
