As the Program Director at Haven, Jeanyce Dangerfield oversees the development and implementation of programs that support youth and families. In her role, Jeanyce manages and supports staff, coordinates with various teams, and ensures smooth operations to achieve Haven’s organizational goals. She also handles crisis management and supervises key programs, such as the Intensive Day Camp and crisis support services.

Drawing from her own personal experiences, Jeanyce has a deep empathy for foster and adoptive families. Her journey has given her a firsthand understanding of the unique challenges and triumphs these families face. This lived experience fuels her commitment to helping others navigate the complexities of building safe and nurturing homes. For Jeanyce, it’s incredibly fulfilling to be able to support families as they find stability, healing, and joy in their lives.
